Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Self-service paid plans are monthly by default, with annual checkout available where shown. You can upgrade during a cycle, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

You'll receive a notification when approaching your limits. Once reached, you won't be able to create new QR codes until you upgrade or the next billing cycle (for scan limits).

Your workspace data is not deleted just because you downgrade. If the new plan has lower active QR or member limits, you may need to choose which QR codes or members stay active before creating more. Analytics retention follows the lower plan going forward.
